SPNB Edar Sdn Bhd (SESB) is a wholly owned company of Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad and was incorporated on 1st October 2003 under the name of SPNB Sarawak Sdn Bhd.

On 21st August 2006, the company had changed their name to SPNB Trading Sdn Bhd.

In line with the business transformation plan of SPNB, SPNB Trading Sdn Bhd on 10th March 2014 has change its name to SPNB Edar Sdn Bhd.

The main business activity of the company is distribution of building materials for housing development and commercial.
